    A free 30-minute call, or a longer paid strategy session. Straight answers to your questions and a gut check on where AI fits.

  2. Deep Discovery Core service

    Over two to three weeks I interview your team, map your workflows and deliver a ranked AI roadmap with costs, risks and expected time saved.

  3. First Steps

    I build and test the first one or two pilots with you, so the roadmap is proven before you spend more.

  4. Handover

    Training for the people who will own it, written playbooks, and help scoping a hire or vendor if you need deeper implementation. An optional monthly advisory check-in keeps it on track.

For deep, ongoing build-out, I train your people to own it or help you hire for it, so you're never dependent on me.
